Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups Water
- 5-6 Tulsi leaves (Holy Basil)
- 1 inch Ginger (crushed, not chopped)
- 3-4 Black Peppercorns (Kali Mirch)
- 2 Cloves (Laung)
- 1 tablespoon Sundarbans Finest Raw Mangrove Honey
Recipe Instructions:
Combine & Boil::
- Add the water, Tulsi leaves, crushed ginger, black peppercorns, and cloves to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer::
- Reduce the heat to low. Let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes until the water reduces slightly and takes on a rich amber color.
Strain & Cool::
- Strain the hot liquid into a cup. Crucial step: Wait for about 2 minutes to let the Kadha cool to a lukewarm, drinkable temperature.
Add the Magic:
- Stir in the Sundarbans Finest Raw Mangrove Honey. (Never add raw honey to boiling water as it destroys the healing enzymes). Serve immediately.
